As parents struggle to help their adhd, add and high functioning aspergers children, they are presented with a huge amount of confusing information. Parents have a crucial set of questions about ADHD that they need answered. This page is an attempt to answer those in a clear, straightforward, useful way. I am not attempting to offer an unbiased review of the literature. Rather, these answers mix my review of the scientific literature and over 30 years of clinical experience helping these children and their families. These are answers that I have developed working with the hundreds of families I have seen. More importantly, they are answers that have worked for hundreds of families in the real world.
A new perspective on ADHD and a drug-free treatment that works can
be found in my book:
First Sentence: With terror in my heart, I can still remember sitting in emotional and almost physical pain at Palm Elementary School in Beaumont, California.
